Qualtrics is a web-based survey and research platform that allows users to create, distribute, and analyze surveys and other data collection instruments. It offers a user-friendly interface, a variety of question types, and advanced survey logic options. Qualtrics is commonly used in academic, business, and research settings for gathering and analyzing data, obtaining feedback, and conducting online surveys. An additional benefit of Qualtrics is that it is the only experience management platform that is Health Information Trust Alliance (HITRUST) certified; in other words, it is HIPAA compliant.

Most members of the GW community can access Qualtrics for free. To obtain an account, follow the steps outlined for your specific school (refer to the instructions below).
Member of CCAS can request access to the CCAS license of Qualtrics by submitting an GW IT Support Ticket (https://go.gwu.edu/ccasqualtrics)
***UPDATE: GWIT is consolidating their Qualtrics licenses and the SEAS link for Qualtrics access may not work. Anyone who wants a Qualtrics account should create a GWIT ticket: https://it.gwu.edu/qualtrics
If you are affiliated with The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and you would like to create an account, you may do so using the link above.
