Free tutoring for writing and research projects. Writing Center tutors will help you brainstorm ideas and structure arguments. They can teach you strategies so that you can edit and proofread your own essays. They will help you become a better writer.

Academic Commons

Tutoring scene

Academic Commons lists academic resources and services across the university, offered by a variety of departments and divisions. They hold workshops, consultations, and free tutoring for STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) courses. Subjects include: data, coding, math, accounting, statistics, economics, chemistry, and more.

English for Academic Purposes (EAP)

Global Resources Center (GRC)

The GRC has research resources based on regions of the world. They have print and digital resources like English- and foreign-language newspapers, journals, magazines, statistical publications, maps, atlases, U.S. and foreign government documents, and other materials.
