Fair Use and Proper Credit

Make sure your material falls under Fair Use. GW Library's Fair Use Guide walks through measuring fair use, obtaining permission (as needed), and general and GW-specific resources.

Give credit where credit is due. Materials with certain Creative Commons licenses must be attributed to the original author(s).
