- Foreign Exchange Rates (Weekly) Weekly July 5, 1996- This contains weekly releases reporting daily foreign exchange rates.
- Foreign Exchange Rates (Monthly) Monthly June 28,1996- This contains monthly releases reporting the average foreign exchange rates for the month, for each of the two prior months, and for the month of the previous year.
- Foreign Exchange Rates (Annual). Annual 1997 - Shows the "average rates of exchange," for a number of years.
- Foreign Exchange Rates Historical Data Weekly 1971 This provides daily foreign exchange rates.
- Foreign Spot Exchange Rates Location: Stat-USA on ALADIN. Click on NTDB & Globus and scroll down and click on International Library on the left.
"Spot exchange rates for 31 foreign countries are based on averages of certified noon buying rates in New York for cable transfers. Units are either units of foreign currency per U.S. dollar or U.S. cents per unit of foreign currency." - EconStats. Jan., 1971 - Click on FX Rates to display average monthly rates vis-a-vis the U.S. dollar.

- Economagic.com Economic Time Series Page Though mainly devoted to the United States, this includes LIBOR in a number of currencies.
