Multicultural Student Services Center

The George Washington University Presents Latino Heritage Celebration

Visit the MSSC for international events, cross-cultural communication, and community building for all ethnicities and backgrounds. MSSC often hosts activities and sponsors many university-wide events.

Colonial Health Center

Students come here for medical care from trained and experienced medical staff.

Mental Health Services

The Colonial Health Center also offers counseling and mental health services to students in a safe and confidential environment. Mental health professionals work together with students to overcome challenges and difficulties that may interfere with academic success.

International Student Support Group

Are you experiencing homesickness, loneliness, or difficulty making new friends? Come join this group therapy session to talk about language issues, academic concerns, frustration while navigating a new city and university, the stress of family expectations, and discrimination. Contact the Colonial Health Center to join.

Disability Support Services

This office helps students with disabilities by arranging classroom and housing accessibility, alternative class materials, interpreting, assistive technology, and more.

The Office of Off-Campus Student Affairs helps students search for housing off-campus. They provide a Guide to Living Off campus featuring leasing guidelines, apartment search checklists and more.

International Student Community Ambassadors

International student career ambassadors

Get advice from your peers! The ISCAs are international students who are committed to improving the experience of all international students on campus. ISCAs provide career advising, peer mentors, workshops, & other events.

Career Coaching for International Students

At Colonial Central, get help applying for loans and financial aid at the Office for Student Financial Assistance, and get help with the online billing system at the Student Account Office.

If you are receiving income from GW (employment wages or salary, stipends, scholarships, fellowships, grants, etc), you need to visit this office to talk about taxes.
